Common questions

• Do I have to sign in? No. Sign-in is optional (Google or X). Rankings/listings on the server stay public either way.
• Are my ratings private? No. Restroom listings and ratings are public server data, not only on your phone.
• Why does the app use my location? Pin city lookup can send the pin’s coordinates to OpenStreetMap Nominatim to name the place. It isn’t used for ads or cross-app tracking.
• How do I delete my account? Email support@pugglemonster.com from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. Say if you also want specific ratings removed.
• Do you use analytics like PostHog? No.
• Refunds: App Store purchases go through Apple. Use reportaproblem.apple.com.
