Silky Benchwarmers Privacy Policy
Short version: Silky Benchwarmers collects no data. Nothing leaves your device: no accounts, no analytics, no ads and no tracking. Your display name, game answers and reminder preference stay on this phone.
Who we are
Silky Benchwarmers is made by HUMAN RESOURCES ON DEMAND INC., a New York corporation (“we”).
What stays on your device
Silky Benchwarmers saves its data on this phone only, in the app’s local storage (silky-bench-v1): this phone’s display name (first name, last initial and optional nickname), your In / Out / Maybe answer for each game, the team code and name you joined, the captain contact shown on Team, and an optional reminder preference. We never upload any of it.
No data collected
Silky Benchwarmers has no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no sign-in, and it doesn’t send anything to us or to anyone else. We can’t see how you use the app.
Reminders
Settings can store a reminder preference on this phone. In this version that preference never fires: there are no push notifications, no Notification permission prompt and no network call. When reminders start working in a later version, we’ll update this policy first.
Leave team
Leave team (Settings, with a confirm step) deletes the silky-bench-v1 key from this phone and returns the app to its seeded starter team. You can also erase everything by deleting the app or, on the web, clearing this site’s data.
Auto-tally (Coming soon)
Auto-tally is a planned optional add-on that captains may pay for later. Players never pay. It isn’t live in this build, so it collects nothing yet. When it ships, the captain’s payment goes through Apple (or the store), and any new data that leaves the phone will be disclosed here before that.
Companion to Captain Ops
Silky Benchwarmers is the player companion to Captain Ops. This phone’s answers stay on this phone until a later version syncs them (none yet). Captain Ops has its own privacy policy.
What we don’t do
No accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no selling or sharing personal information, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no data brokers. We don’t collect personal data that identifies you.
Children
Silky Benchwarmers is a general-audience app. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. The app collects no data from anyone.
Your choices and rights
Everything the app stores is on your device, and you can delete it by deleting the app or clearing its data. We hold no data about you. If you email us at support@pugglemonster.com, we use your email only to reply.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and the app’s listing.
