Rec League Warrior Privacy Policy
Short version: Rec League Warrior has no accounts, no ads and no tracking across apps. What you make stays on your device. We collect anonymous usage analytics to make the app better, and you can turn it off.
Who we are
Rec League Warrior is made by HUMAN RESOURCES ON DEMAND INC., a New York corporation (“we”).
What stays on your device
Your saved items, settings and anything you create in the app stay on your device. We never upload them. Sharing goes through your device’s share sheet, so we don’t see what you share or who you share it with.
Anonymous analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog (US cloud) to count how the app is used, for example which screens open and which buttons are tapped. Each event carries the app name and version, basic device info (such as OS, OS version, screen size and device type) and a random ID that the analytics tool creates on your device. That ID is not tied to your name, email or any account.
- We never identify you, we don’t build user profiles and we don’t combine this data with other companies’ data.
- Session replay and heatmaps are off. On-screen text and text you type are masked, so they are not captured.
- Client IP addresses are discarded and location lookup (GeoIP) is off, so no location is stored.
- We don’t collect crash or error reports, performance data (web vitals) or surveys.
- Data is kept for PostHog’s default retention period.
- Opt out: More → Settings → “Share anonymous usage data” off. Nothing is sent while you’re offline.
Schedules, rosters and workouts
Your schedule, RSVPs, roster and workouts stay on your device. Player names are never sent with analytics, because on-screen text and typed text are masked. When the app drafts a message, it opens your own messaging app; we don’t see the message.
What we don’t do
No accounts, no advertising, no selling or sharing personal information, no tracking across other apps or websites, and no data brokers. We don’t collect personal data that identifies you.
Children
Rec League Warrior is a general-audience app. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we’ll delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can delete everything the app stores by deleting the app or clearing its data. For analytics data, email us at support@pugglemonster.com and we’ll help where we can (because the data is anonymous, we may not be able to find records that belong to you). Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have rights to access, delete or object. Contact us to use them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update the date above and the app’s listing.
